Pricing Questions
Everything you need to know about our fees
Your fee is calculated as a percentage of your monthly rent. For example, if your rent is £1,000/month on Filax Manage (6%), you pay £60/month. On Premium (9%), you’d pay £90/month. That’s it – no hidden fees or extras.
Filax Manage (6%) gives you the full dashboard, AI rent collection, maintenance triage, tenant support, compliance tracking, and contractor dispatch. Filax Premium (9%) adds a dedicated account manager, priority SLA, custom reporting, in-person inspections, eviction support, and optional rent guarantee. Filax is in public beta, so payment, contractor, and premium services are rolling out and labelled coming soon until live.
No setup fees. You only pay a monthly percentage once a tenant is in place and paying rent.
You don’t pay anything during void periods. Our fee is only charged on actual rent collected.
Once payment integrations go live, Filax fees will come out of your rent collection automatically: tenants pay by Direct Debit (GoCardless) or card (Stripe), and your monthly Filax fee is deducted before payout to you. These payment rails are still rolling out during public beta.
No minimum contract. Month-to-month with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business.
After 12 months, your rate reverts to our standard pricing (6% Manage, 9% Premium), or you can cancel with no exit fees. We’ll send you a 30-day reminder before the transition.
