Manage is shown at 3% and Premium at 6% as indicative rates. Indicative limited-time rates are displayed through 31 December 2026. Any agreed promotional rate applies for the first 12 months, subject to paid-onboarding availability and written terms. All prices are indicative. We confirm each property's scope, fees and service terms in writing before onboarding.
Manage includes the dashboard, owner approvals, rent tracking, maintenance intake, tenant support routing, and compliance checklists. Premium and partner-delivered services remain planned and are labelled by status.
Any setup costs, pass-through provider charges, VAT, and management fees are confirmed in the written scope before onboarding.
Void-period treatment is confirmed in the written service and payment terms before onboarding.
Rent collection, reconciliation and owner payout are partner-planned. Payment and client-money controls must be verified before any collection route is advertised or activated.
The funds-flow model is planned and pending legal review and commercial sign-off, and it is not yet live: Filax does not hold or move client money today. Under the planned model, rent would be held by an approved client-account or payment partner rather than by Filax; you would be paid your rent less agreed fees, and a deposit is never treated as rent or Filax revenue. Rent collection, reconciliation and payout stay planned until those controls are confirmed in writing.
The service period, notice, handover duties, and any exit costs are confirmed in writing before onboarding.
